Amabhodi we-PCB we-TFT LCD angama-pried ephrintiwe ephrintiwe eklanyelwe ukuxhumeka nokulawulaI-TFT (Thin-Film-Film Transistor) Ekhombisa LCD. 1. Amabhodi e-LCD alawulayo

INJONGO:Lawa mabhodi aphatha isikhombimsebenzisi phakathi kwe-TFT LCD kanye neyunithi eliphambili ledivayisi. Baphatha ukuguqulwa kwesiginali, ukulawulwa kwesikhathi, kanye nokuphathwa kwamandla.

Izici:

I-Controller ICS:Imibuthano ehlanganisiwe ecubungula amasiginali wevidiyo futhi ilawula isibonisi.

Izixhumi:Amachweba okuxhuma kwiphaneli ye-LCD (isib. Ama-LVD, RGB) kanye nedivayisi eyinhloko (isib. HDMI, VGA).

Imibuthano yamandla:Nikeza amandla adingekayo womabili okuboniswa kanye nokukhanya kwawo.

2. Amabhodi Okushayela

Inhloso:Amabhodi okushayela alawule ukusebenza kwe-TFT LCD ezingeni eliphakeme kakhulu, egxile ekushayeleni amaphikiseli athile nokuphatha ukusebenza kwe-Display.

Izici:

• I-Driver ICS:Ama-chips akhethekile ashayela amaphikseli okuboniswa kwe-TFT futhi aphathe amanani okuvuselela.

Ukuvumelana okubonakalayo:Amabhodi aklanyelwe ukusebenza ngamaphaneli athile we-TFT LCD nezidingo zazo ezihlukile zesiginali.

3. Amabhodi ezibonakalayo

Inhloso:Lawa mabhodi enza lula ukuxhumana phakathi kwe-TFT LCD kanye nezinye izinto zohlelo, ukuguqula kanye nezimpawu zomzila phakathi kwezindawo ezahlukahlukene.

Izici:

Ukuguqulwa kwesiginali:Iguqula amasiginali aphakathi kwamazinga ahlukene (isib. Ama-LVD kuya ku-RGB).

Izinhlobo zesixhumi:Kubandakanya izixhumi ezahlukahlukene ukufanisa zombili i-TFT LCD kanye nezindawo zokuphuma zohlelo.

4. Amabhodi Wokushayela Emuva

INJONGO:Kunikezelwe amandla futhi kulawulwa ukukhanya kwe-TFT LCD, okubalulekile ukuze kuboniswe ukubonakala.

Izici:

Ukulawulwa kwe-Backlight ICS:Phatha ukugqama namandla e-backlight.

Imibuthano Yokunikeza Amandla:Nikeza nge-voltage edingekayo futhi yamanje kuya emuva.

5. Ama-PCB

INJONGO:Ama-PCB aklanywe ngokwezifiso ahlelwe kwizicelo ezithile ze-TFT LCD, evame ukudingeka ukuboniswa okuhlukile noma okukhethekile.

Izici:

Idizayini eyenziwe nge-coentical:Ukuhlelwa ngokwezifiso kanye nokujikeleza ukuze kuhlangatshezwane nezidingo ezithile ze-TFT LCD kanye nesicelo sayo.

Ukuhlanganiswa:Ungahlanganisa isilawuli, umshayeli, kanye nemisebenzi yokuphatha amandla ebhodini elilodwa.

Ukucatshangelwa okusemqoka kokukhetha noma ukuklama i-PCB ye-TFT LCD:

1. Ukuvumelana okubonakalayo:Qinisekisa ukuthi i-PCB ifana nohlobo lwe-TFT LCD (isib., LVD, RGB, Mipi DSI).

2. Ukulungiswa kanye nokuqabula isilinganiso:I-PCB kumele isekele ukulungiswa kwe-LCD kanye nokuvuselela isilinganiso ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukusebenza kahle kokubonisa.

3. Izidingo zamandla:Bheka ukuthi i-PCB ihlinzeka ngama-voltages afanele kanye nemisinga ye-TFT LCD kanye nokukhanya kwayo.

4. Isixhumi nesakhiwo:Qinisekisa ukuthi izixhumi kanye nesakhiwo se-PCB zifana nezidingo zomzimba nezikagesi ze-TFT LCD.

5. Ukuphathwa kwe-Thermal:Cabanga ngezidingo ezishisayo ze-TFT LCD futhi uqinisekise ukuthi i-PCB Design ifaka ukushiyeka okuvuthayo okwanele.

Isibonelo sokusetshenziswa:

Uma uhlanganisa i-TFT LCD kwiphrojekthi yangokwezifiso, ungaqala ngebhodi elijwayelekile le-LCD alawulwa yi-LCD elisekela ukulungiswa kwesibonisi sakho kanye nesibonisi. Uma udinga ukusebenza okuthile okuqondene noma izici zangokwezifiso, ungahle ukhethe noma uhlele noma uhlele i-PCB yangokwezifiso efaka isilawuli esidingekayo i-ICS, iziqebele zemishayeli, nezixhumi ezihambelana nezidingo zakho ze-TFT LCD.
