I-LCD ne-PCB ehlanganisiwe Solution

An I-LCDfuthi isixazululo esihlanganisiwe se-PCB sihlanganisa i-LCD (I-Liquid Crystal Display) nge-PCB (IBhasiwe Yesekethe) ukudala uhlelo lokubonisa oluhlelekile nolusebenzayo. Le ndlela ivame ukusetshenziswa kumadivayisi ahlukahlukene kagesi ukwenza lula umhlangano, yehlisa isikhala, futhi athuthukise ukusebenza.

1.Imodyuli ye-LCD:

Uhlobo lokubonisa: I-LCD ingaba yi-alphanumeric noma isibonisi esithombeni, ngosayizi ahlukahlukene kanye nezinsolo ngokuya ngesicelo.

I-Backlight: Ingafakwa ekubonakaleni okungcono ezimeni eziphansi.

I-2.PCB Design:

Ukuhlanganiswa: I-PCB yakhelwe ukuhlalisa izixhumi ze-LCD kanye nokulawula ukujikeleza.

I-Control Logic: Kubandakanya izakhi ezidingekayo ukushayela i-LCD, njenge-micrococtortoller, abashayeli kanye nabalaleli bamagesi.

Izixhumi kanye nezindawo zokuxhumana: Iqinisekisa ukuhambisana nezinye izinto zohlelo noma ukuxhumana kwangaphandle.

I-3.MeChanical Design:

Ukukhwela: I-PCB ne-LCD kuvame ukufakwa ndawonye ngendlela enciphisa isidingo sokulungiswa okwengeziwe kwemishini.

E-ebiyelwe: Umhlangano ohlanganisiwe ungahle ugcinwe endaweni ebiyelwe ngokwezifiso eklanyelwe ukuvikela futhi uvumelane neyunithi ehlanganisiwe kumkhiqizo wokugcina.
